Meet the Team - Daniel Cobb
A little bit about me:
I was 21 when I started working in our Kennington office as a Sales negotiator alongside Johnny Male. I have always had an interest in property, I think it was inevitable given my family; there are 7 generations of surveyors in my family and when you throw Mum’s career experience into the mix that means that there has always been a lot of property talk around the table.
What I enjoy about working for Daniel Cobb:
I did spend some time working in Bahrain for Cluttons working on the Commercial lettings side of the business. I really enjoyed the experience as I was exposed to something completely different to what I had been involved with before and was able to gain a different perspective of the industry. When I returned to London and re-joined the team it was initially to help project manage the build of our Westminster Office (opened in 2003), which I really enjoyed as it was very hands on and then stayed on here as the Sales manager for the Westminster office.
Above all I really enjoy seeing my ideas and input coming to fruition. I relish my involvement in the decision making process that keeps the company evolving and moving forward. I also love the team at Daniel Cobb, I know it sounds cheesy, but it really is like having an extended family.
Looking to the future:
I would love to see the Daniel Cobb name across London. I am proud of the high level and quality of service that we offer and I would like to be able to offer our services to more clients across the city. From a personal development point of view I would like to expand on what I am doing now and create new offices that would be welcome on any London high street. Our offices have become spaces that promote creative and intelligent discussion amongst both staff and clients and I am keen to steer away from the traditional , bland and somewhat imposing estate agents of days gone by.
