We have been renting through Daniel Cobb as our managing agents for nearly four and a half years. In all that time we have had no complaints; the staff - especially Reagan - have always been attentive, helpful and easy to deal with, repairs have been fixed very quickly (frequently within the day), and any administrative matters at the start and end of the tenancy have been resolved with no hassle. It is a shame we are leaving the care of Daniel Cobb, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
