Found somewhere you like? Make an offer! All offers from qualified buyers will be presented to the vendor promptly and their answer relayed without delay. Our company ethos is to do our very best to get a price that is fair to both the buyer and the seller.

When you have agreed a price with the seller, you can start the purchase process. This is the time to let your mortgage lender know, so they can send a valuer to check everything meets their requirements. You will also need to instruct a solicitor or conveyancer (if you don't have one, we can recommend a reliable firm).
