Have your say on South Bank & Waterloo's future

Residents of Southbank and Waterloo get together to discuss a neighbourhood plan

Between 16th November 2016 and 20th January 2017, the community group South Bank and Waterloo Neighbours (SoWN) is asking local people to comment on a neighbourhood plan that has been four years in the making.

SoWn is asking residents to fill in an online questionnaire about the areas future. If you complete the questionnaire you will automatically be entered into a prize draw for a Christmas hamper worth 200 pounds. Once the responses have been collected, they will be carefully analysed and SoWN will organise a number of public sessions for local people to come together and discuss the most important or contentious issues. A document that captures residents views will then be submitted to Lambeth and Southwark Councils. If you have any questions regarding the plan or questionnaire, please contact SoWN Administrator, Ben Stephenson by emailing bstephenson@wearewaterloo.co.uk.

This area is already a great place to make your home, but we are always pleased to hear about community initiatives designed to make living and working in Waterloo and the South Bank even more enjoyable. If you are interested in property for sale or rent in SE1, call us at Daniel Cobb and play your own part in the future of this vibrant area.

"Over the past four years, SoWN has been developing a neighbourhood plan for the area which is now complete. Between 16th November 2016 and 20th January 2017 they are encouraging locals to read through the plan and have their say."
