Daniel Cobb are an ambitious, forward thinking independent family run Estate Agency. We specialise in sales, lettings, developments and property management in central London. Our offices are based in key central London locations, at Kennington, London Bridge and Westminster. The business is growing fast and we are looking for professional individuals with drive and determination to grow with us.

Specifically we are looking to build the team to help further this exciting business venture. Our “In House” maintenance team makes Daniel Cobb unique and stand out from the rest of the local competition. Landlords are constantly looking for tradesman they can rely on to treat their asset as if it was one of their own. At Daniel Cobb we aim to go further, adopting an asset management mindset, we are continuously looking at how our clients can achieve the best return on their investment. Our handyman team play a fundamental role in achieving that ambition.
Daniel Cobb signed the Armed Forces covenant in 2021. In Sept 2022, we were awarded the Silver award in recognition of our efforts and commitment to HM Forces. Managing Director George Cobb, has been part of the Army Reserve for over 20 years. He is a Lieutenant-Colonel and has first hand experience of working alongside regular and reserve soldiers from all services. George’s passion to support service personnel stems from his own military experience as well as a long held belief that the HM Forces values and standards are an excellent foundation for any employer.

Key role requirements
Handy man- with a range of skills in areas such as but not limited to basic carpentry, high finish decorating, tiling, plastering, basic plumbing and electrical work.
Alongside the above, the successful candidate will need outstanding communication skills, attentive, organised, self-disciplined, polite and friendly.
Full valid driving license
Package
- Salary: £25k - £35k depending on experience
- 20 days holiday / year.
- 1 additional day holiday for every year worked up to a maximum of 25 days.
- Option to buy or sell holidays (max 5) in any calendar year.
- Working week: Mon –Fri, 0900 – 1800
